TLAR 6.23

The TLAR ("That Looks About Right!") app is designed to enhance general aviation pilot situational awareness of aircraft performance. TLAR calculates takeoff, climb, cruise, and landing performance for various single-engine piston-powered aircraft models, with additional models planned for future updates.

The free basic version provides static aircraft performance predictions based on user-input weather and elevation data, akin to a calculator.

Beyond basic metrics, the app calculates additional performance factors such as runway-end predicted altitude on takeoff, glide path information, landing requirements, approach stability feedback, audible notifications compatible with aviation headsets (via Bluetooth or cable), and customizable safety margin alerts to prevent violations of set criteria.
